We strive to deliver all photography, video, and media content within the estimated timeframe communicated during the booking process.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, videos, graphics, and creative content produced by Cosby Studios remain the intellectual property of Cosby Studios.

Clients receive usage rights as specified in their agreement but may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the content without written permission.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Cosby Studios reserves the right to display completed work, including photographs and videos, within portfolios, social media platforms, marketing materials, and the company website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Securing necessary permissions for venues or locations
• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Reviewing and approving project details before production

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect project outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to provide professional services, Cosby Studios shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, equipment failures, acts of nature, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
